Savings Products

SFF currently offer two types of deposit products in both Haitian Gourdes and US Dollars. SFF’s savings clients range  from  individuals  who have  never  had  a  savings  account  before  to  formal  businesses,  schools,  churches  and NGOs.

Passbook Savings

Passbook savings accounts function as normal demand deposit accounts. Clients can access their savings at any one of SFF’s 44 branches.

• Gourdes Savings: 0.5% Annual Interest Rate
• Dollar Savings: 0.10% Annual Interest Rate

Term Deposits

Term Deposits behave like certificates of deposit. Clients deposit Haitian Gourdes or US Dollars into blocked accounts that yield a fixed rate over a specified amount of time. Click here to see our rates.

Applications to open an account (Both forms must be completed and submitted):

• Account Opening Form (English) and Personal Information Form (English).
• Forme Ouvrir Un Compte (French) and Relation Personne Morale (French).
